CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. creme de menthe
Green food coloring
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
2 oz. Hershey's chocolate syrup

Mix ingredients well except for the chocolate syrup. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a well greased bundt pan. To the balance of the batter, add chocolate syrup. Mix well. Pour over green batter in pan. Marble through with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn onto plate and frost.

FROSTING:

1 c. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. butter

Boil above ingredients 1 minute. Take off heat and add 2/3 package (6 ounces) chocolate chips. Drizzle over cake.
