HOLIDAY CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. almond extract
Green food coloring
Red food coloring
8 oz. chopped maraschino cherries
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate

Beat first 5 ingredients for 2 minutes at medium speed. Divide batter in 3 bowls equally. In bowl #1, add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1 tablespoon almond extract, green food coloring. In bowl #2, add 8 ounces chopped maraschino cherries, drained, red food coloring. In bowl #3, add 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted, grease and flour cake pan (tube or bundt). Pour in green batter, then red batter, then chocolate batter. DO NOT swirl. Bake 50 to 60 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool before removing from pan. NOTE: When pouring in pan, make batters even.
