PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
10 drops green food coloring

Blend all ingredients until moist. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10" bundt or tube pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan, continuing cooling. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar or glaze. Serves 12.

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3-4 tsp. hot milk

Drizzle over cake.
