PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. 7-Up
3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. coconut
1-2 drops green food coloring

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.

COVER-UP FROSTING:

1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. dry Dream Whip
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts

Add pudding mix and milk to dry Dream Whip and beat well. Add coconut and nuts. Spread on cake.
