GLAZED CARROTS | |
2 cans cooked carrots, drained 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. granulated sugar 1/2 stick butter 2 c. pineapple juice 1 tsp. cornstarch Mix all ingredients together. Cover with aluminum foil. Place in preheated 350 degree oven and let cook 45 minutes. 8 to 10 servings. |
