SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar (brown or white)
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped fine
6 strips bacon, cut in sm. pieces
2 hard boiled eggs
Croutons

Wash and drain spinach. Tear into pieces in salad bowl. Boil eggs and fry bacon pieces crisp. Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Refrigerate. At serving time, sprinkle bacon and chopped eggs over spinach and dressing over salad. Toss and serve. Serves 6.
