FIESTA CASSEROLE 
18 scrambled eggs
1 c. mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
12-18 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. green chilies
2 med. tomatoes, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped

Combine soup, cheese, sour cream, and bacon. Add to cooked hot eggs. Combine chilies, tomatoes, green onions, and pepper and stir into egg mixture. Good for a large group.
