HOT BEEF DIP 
1 jar dried beef, cut into tiny pieces
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. salad dressing
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 loaf sheepherder bread

Combine all ingredients and cook in microwave 1-2 minutes on high. Stir. Cook 1-2 minutes more on high. Slice off the top of the bread (to appear as a lid), pinch out the bread insides and place on platter. Fill empty loaf with dip. Serve immediately.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
