1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. chipped beef (cut up)
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Beat cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in rest of ingredients except nuts. Sprinkle nuts on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
