EASY LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4-3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add spaghetti sauce, salt and water; boil several minutes. In a 13 x 9 inch dish layer 1/3 sauce 1/2 uncooked noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
