BAKED CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 extra thin slices ham
6 slices cheese
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place chicken breasts flat in casserole dish. Place one slice of cheese on one slice of ham; fold in half twice; then placed on broad end of breast. Fold narrow end of breast over and secure with toothpick. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup together; pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours. Serve over rice.
