COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Blend in blender for 1/2 minute. Pour into greased pie plate. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
