COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Combine sugar and flour. Mix well with eggs. Add remaining ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake for 20 more minutes or until set.
