"GINISANG BABOY" 
3 c. of bite-sized diced lean pork
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cloves diced garlic
1/2 med. onion, sliced thin
1 lg. tomato, diced
1 1/2 c. water
3 bunches of washed fresh spinach

Saute over medium high heat, garlic in oil. Add diced tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add diced lean pork. Cook pork thoroughly - until done Add sliced onion and water. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Be sure your spinach is clean. After simmering meat and onions, add spinach. Stir in spinach with meat. Cover and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. DON'T OVERCOOK SPINACH. Add salt and pepper as desired.

Serve over steamed rice. Adding a little soy sauce to mixture gives it just the right taste. Or would you rather have "GINISANG MANOK"? Instead of using diced pork, use diced chicken. The choice is yours.
