HAM AND BROCCOLI ROLL - UPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
4 slices lean cooked ham
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. creamy Italian dressing
2 tbsp. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook broccoli; drain. Divide ham into 2 portions. Top ham slices with cheese slices. Arrange half of broccoli on cheese slice; spoon dressing over broccoli. Roll ham and cheese around broccoli. Secure with toothpick. Coat baking dish with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle cheese over each serving. Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

Makes 2 servings - 240 calories per serving.
