FLOUNDER BROCCOLI ROLLS 
2 lbs. flounder or sole
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. butter or oil
2 tbsp. green onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 bay leaf
Pimento strips (optional)

Roll broccoli spears in fish; place in skillet. Combine wine, butter, onion, lemon juice, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Pour over fish rolls. Cover. Cook slowly 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes.
