CURRIED CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1/2 c. chopped raisins

Beat the first four ingredients. Stir in raisins and nuts. Chill. Serve with crackers.
