MANICOTTI 
1 box manicotti, cooked as directed
1 (16 oz.) carton Ricotta
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
dash of salt
1/2 stick butter
1 large can tomato sauce
garlic powder to taste
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Drain manicotti and place on foil in single layer. Mix next six ingredients together. Stuff pasta. Melt butter; add tomato sauce and garlic powder. Pour some sauce on bottom of baking dish. Add manicotti in single layer. Spoon remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella cheese over sauce. Cover.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Uncover during the last 15 minutes.
