LEFT OVER SALAD COLD 
Beef, ham, any meat left over
3 cans kidney beans, drained
2 stalks celery
1 onion
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 c. leftover rice (cold)
Mayonnaise, chili sauce to taste

Mix all together and lay on bed of lettuce. Serve with Ritz crackers.
