VEAL PARMESAN 
2 thin veal steaks
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. Wesson oil

Mix salt, pepper, egg and water together. Dip veal in mixture and then roll in a mixture of cheese and bread crumbs. Heat oil until brown and put in baking dish.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

2 c. hot water

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. marjoram

Brown onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Boil and pour over veal. Top with 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese. You may add mushrooms. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with spaghetti.
