CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts, cooked, boned, and cut up
1 sm. can mushrooms, sliced
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 carrots, finely grated
1 c. peas

Mix together and place in a greased casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melt in
1 c. broth from cooking chicken
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
