1 c. Bisquick
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Have 12 cups muffin tin sprayed with Pam or oiled slightly. Mix and spoon into 12 sections of muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees until slightly brown on top, approximately 15 minutes. (Do NOT serve with butter).
