ROLLED SOUR CREAM COOKIES 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. shortening
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. thick sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and chill dough. Roll out not to thin and cut out shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes.
