CREAM CHEESE MUSHROOM BITES 
1 lg. onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms, diced
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. sour cream
Worcestershire sauce
White bread slices, trimmed and flattened with rolling pin
1/2 lb. butter, melted

Saute diced onion and mushrooms in butter. In large bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream. Add onion and mushrooms. Season to taste with Worcestershire sauce. Spread mixture on sliced bread; roll up and cut into quarters. Dip each into melted butter. Place in suitable container for freezing.

When ready to serve, baked at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 40 to 50 appetizers.
