QUICK BEER BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. unsifted self-rising flour 12 oz. beer, room temperature 1 egg 1. Put flour in bowl, make well on top. 2. Pour beer into well and break egg over it, swirl egg into beer. 3. Stir all enough to mix well. 4. Place dough in buttered 9"x5"x3" loaf pan and let stand 10 minutes. 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 53 to 65 minutes until brown. Let stand 10 minutes and remove from pan. |
