EASY MANICOTTI 
2 eggs
2 (16 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 box shells (pasta)
1/4 to 1/3 c. parsley (dry)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 jar "Prego plus" sauce

In medium bowl stir above ingredients. Cook shells and drain. I use pasta "shells" rather than "manicotti shells" since they are easier to handle. Spoon mixture into shells. Place in baking dish; pour sauce over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
