MANICOTTI 
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. ricotta cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic
1 box lg. pasta shells

Mix together ricotta, Mozzarella, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese, dash of pepper, dash of salt, dash of garlic. Spoon mixture into pasta shells. Pour spaghetti sauce over shells and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until shells are tender 45 to 60 minutes.
