SMOTHERED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
2 med. onions
2 tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice potatoes and onions into 1/4 inch circles. Layer potatoes and onions in skillet. Add oil, salt and pepper. Cover, cook on low fire until potatoes are tender. Uncover. Turn fire up. When potatoes are brown, remove from heat and add. Serve hot.
