“SUPREME PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE” IS IN:

SUPREME PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2/3 cup cocoa
3 cups sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
4 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter

Combine cocoa with sugar and salt. Add milk; bring to boil, stirring frequently. Cook until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water (234-240°F on candy thermometer).

Remove from heat; drop in butter. Cool to lukewarm; add vanilla and beat until mixture begins to thicken. Add peanut butter and continue to beat until thick.

Pour into buttered pan and cut in squares.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.

Makes 28 squares.
