THREE-HUNDRED DOLLAR FUDGE 
4 cups sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 (6 oz. ea.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3 tbsp. vanilla
nuts

Boil sugar and milk for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; add chocolate pieces, butter and vanilla. Stir and pour into greased pans. Top with nuts.

Let stand for 6 hours and cut in squares.

Makes 5 pounds.
