PINEAPPLE FIESTA CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice
4 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil

ICING:

12 oz. whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus juice

Cake: Mix together for 3 minutes at medium speed. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.

Icing: Mix together in bowl and spread on cooled cake and refrigerate. This cake is better if made day before and refrigerated overnight.
