ORANGE - PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges and juice
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, not beaten

Combine; beat well and bake in 2 layer cake pans.

FROSTING:

1 lg. (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice

Mix together; frost and refrigerate until used up. Will keep in refrigerator for several days. keep covered.
