ORANGE & PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix together and pour into greased and floured layer pans, 3 (8") or 2 (9") pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool before frosting.

TOPPING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple (juice & all)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix pineapple and pudding together until pudding is dissolved and mixture thickens. Add Cool Whip. Blend well.
