1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow butter recipe cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

Beat the first 3 ingredients for 4 minutes. Fold in oranges. Bake in 3 (8") round pans or 1 (8"x13") pan at 350 degrees. Mix 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 package vanilla instant pudding. Fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip. Frost and refrigerate.
