PINEAPPLE ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix above ingredients for 2 minutes. Put batter in 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pudding and pineapple with juice together. Fold in Cool Whip.
