PINEAPPLE-ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges and juice
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs

Mix well in electric mixer and pour into three 8 inch pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 med. size Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix

Mix dry pudding mix with pineapple and Cool Whip. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
