1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, pudding mix
1 c. oilsm. can mandarin oranges with juice

Cut up oranges. Mix all ingredients by hand until moistened. Grease and flour 4 cake pans. Pour 1 1/4 cups of batter into each pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool completely then frost.

FROSTING:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup

Mix well but do not beat. Refrigerate.
