THREE BEAN RICE SALAD 
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can cut wax beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
1/2 c. prepared Good Seasons lite Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. thinly sliced onion rings
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. original Minute rice or Minute premium long grain rice

Mix beans, salad dressing, onion and pepper in large bowl; set aside to allow flavors to blend. Meanwhile, bring water to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold rice into bean mixture. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce. Makes 8 servings.
