GRILLED POTATOES WITH HERBS 
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 med. potatoes
2 med. onions, thinly sliced & cut in half crosswise

In saucepan melt butter. Add celery, cook until tender. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cutting not quite through, slit potatoes into 1/2 inch slices. Place each potato on a piece of foil large enough to wrap potato. Drizzle half of butter mixture into slits. Insert a half slice of onion into each slit. Drizzle remaining butter. Seal securely with double fold. Grill over hot coals 45 minutes, or bake in oven.
