HERBED MICROWAVE POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter
3 to 4 unpeeled potatoes
1 med. sized onion
1/4 tsp. season salt
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Microwave butter in custard cup until melted (30 seconds). Thinly slice potatoes and onion; layer half of each in microwaveable dish. Sprinkle with seasonings. Drizzle with half of butter. Repeat layers. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 12 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Turn dish once. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
