BAR-B-Q BEEF BRISKET 
4 lb. fresh boneless beef brisket
1 1/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Pepper to taste

Combine all sauce ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle brisket with pepper and Bon Appetit. Add 2 cups water. Bake in roaster for 4 1/2 hours at 200 degrees. When done, slice thin and cover with Bar-B-Q sauce and heat 1/2 hour.
