CHICKEN AND WINE CASSEROLE 
3 whole chicken breasts
White Swiss cheese slices
2 c. stuffing mix
1/4 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white wine

Place chicken in casserole. Cover with cheese slices. Melt butter, mix with stuffing mix. Let stand while mixing the soup and wine. Pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
