COOKED DRESSING FOR SALADS 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients. Cook until thickens. Cool to lukewarm before using.

Excellent for leaf lettuce.
