HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Noodles, hot and buttered

Brown ground beef with bacon. Add onion; cook until tender, but not brown. Drain off excess fat. Add salt, paprika, and dash of pepper. Stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream. Heat, but do not boil. Serve meat sauce over noodles. Serve 4-6.
