BARB Q HAMBURGERS 
20 lbs. hamburger
5 pts. tomato juice
5 lg. bottles catsup (or 7 1/2 c.)
5 lg. onions, chopped
2 bunches celery, chopped
3 tsp. chili powder
5 tsp. paprika
5 tbsp. salt (use less)

Brown onion, celery and beef. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. This is a recipe I used for annual creamery meetings years ago. Good for a large group. For a large batch like this, electric oven works great to keep it hot.
