CHICKEN ENCHILADAS | |
2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked and cut up 1 c. chicken broth 1 can enchilada sauce 1 medium onion 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. shredded cheese 11 oz. pkg. Fritos Spread Fritos in bottom of pan. Mix all other ingredients except cheese and spread over Fritos. Spread cheese on top. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. |
