CREAMED SHRIMP ITALIAN RED SAUCE 
2 or 3 c. red sauce (already prepared)
4 or 5 shelled, deveined jumbo shrimp, cut in approximately 3/4 inch pieces
8 oz. heavy cream

Simmer red sauce until slightly thickened, slowly add heavy cream, stirring briskly. Add shrimp, cook 5 minutes. Pour over cooked linguine.
