SNOW BALL CAKE 
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 jar maraschino cherries
3 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 lg. angel food cake
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add hot water, sugar, lemon juice, and pineapples. Chill until partially set. Prepare 2 packages Dream Whip per directions on package; add to gelatin mixture. Cut angel food cake into 1 inch squares. Place a layer of cake, then of gelatin mixture; continue until all is used. Press firmly into pan; chill overnight. Ice with one package of Dream Whip. Sprinkle with coconut and garnish with cherries.
