RADISH AND EGG SALAD 
1 lb. red radishes, cleaned, trimmed, and sliced
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 bunch scallions, trimmed and chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

GARNISH:

2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped

Mix all the ingredients, except the dill, and place in a serving bowl. Garnish with the dill.
