SAUSAGE AND EGG SCRAMBLE 
3/4 lb. pork sausage, bulk
9 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. garlic/onion croutons
9 tomato slices as garnish

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cook and stir sausage over medium heat until brown, drain. Place sausage in greased baking dish 9x12x2. Beat eggs, milk, salt and stir in cheese. Pour egg mix on sausage. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake uncovered until knife inserted comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with tomato slices.
